With an interest in health and wellness at a young age, Ian is passionate about helping people find their most well selves. After struggling with his own wellness, Ian jumped from jobs in supplement sales to diet consulting to personal training. He eventually decided to use his knowledge to help people to achieve their best self in a whole way. This meant going beneath the surface to find the source of his clients’ struggles and supporting them in reaching their wellness goals.
In addition achieving his Masters in Health and Art Sciences, Ian has been a Certified Personal Trainer and Food Coach for over twelve years. His guidance empowers his clients to find the same passion for leading a healthy, happy, and balanced life that he has discovered.
An Oregon native, Randy has worked as a Chef and Restaurant Manager for over 15 years in Chicago, Miami, and Seattle. He has a passion for customer service and he enjoys working with a dedicated team that brings excellent service to its clients.
He is excited to be a part of Wholeself Wellness and bring his customer service experience to help build a community that helps its members attain their goals and nurture their personal paths and growth.
Dunja Marcum is a ACE verified personal trainer and yoga instructor focusing on bridging the gap between strength and flexibility. A student of Leslie Kaminoff’s Yoga Anatomy course, Dunja emphasizes creating space in the body to move with breath and intention.
Sara’s client-centered, shame-free approach to nutrition is rooted in compassion and unconditional acceptance. She believes that all people have their own unique physical, emotional and spiritual needs, and works with her clients to find an individual approach that caters to each. Understanding that lasting change does not usually happen overnight, Sara is careful to work with clients at their own pace and level of comfort. Sara is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Nutrition from The National University of Natural Medicine. In her free time, Sara enjoys cooking, dancing, yoga, hiking, spending time in nature, writing, and spending time with her husband and their two year old son, Artie.
Erin’s journey in wellness began in the early 1990’s while studying at the University of Oregon. She received undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Exercise Science, has spent time as a Personal Trainer and has recently received a Masters in Nutrition at NUNM (formerly NCNM).
She understands the importance of taking into account the whole person when working to bring lasting and healthful change into their lives. She realizes that our relationship with food is an important link to achieving our wellness goals.
